If yes, I have a few ideas for you.
Today, I'm much more vibrant than 5 years ago, with a slim, pain-free body. I attribute the majority of that to what I've learned about food selection & combining and detoxification over the years. And I've spent much of my spare time on these topics and studied tons of literature on natural healing, natural hygiene, raw food, living foods, green smoothies and green juices... I even took the Advanced Detox Training with Natalia Rose.
Of course, I've experimented on myself. As Gandhi said: "An ounce of practice is worth more than tons of theory." I live by that.
And I'm still surprised by the results, and the huge impact small changes in my dietary habits have on my overall well-being. And I know one thing for sure: I definitely want to feel energized & light after a good meal, not comatose... ;-)
